Day 3
An early morning transfer from Tarangire to Lake Manyara air strip to connect with your flight to Serengeti at 0830 hours. The flight time to Serengeti is approximately ¾ hour and is quite spectacular. You will be flying at approximately 3,000 metres over the crater, views of Lengai to the east, and much more. At Seronera airstrip our guide will be there to meet you and take you to your mobile camp, in the middle of this delicate and special environment for you to truly experience Africa at its best in near perfect surroundings. All our camp staff are superbly trained and very discreet. Serengeti has its own ecosystem; the beauty of a mobile camp is that you can be where the animals are and the camp will be set up in the most convenient area to observe the wildlife. There will be a limited number of clients on the site. Enjoy your first camp lunch before heading out for a game drive in the Serengeti. Return to camp for sundowners, dinner and sleep.
Dinner and overnight in your Mobile Camp
Day 4
Following breakfast, you will head out wit your guide for a whole day game drive in search of the predators and to once again see the amazing sight of the plains dotted as far as the eye can see with wildebeest, zebra and gazelle.
Dinner and overnight in your Mobile Camp
Day 5
Third and final day in the Serengeti to enjoy.

Day 6
Following breakfast, transfer back to the airstrip, to connect with Regional Air to the Ngorongoro Highlands, landing once again at Lake Manyara airstrip, departing Seronera at 1650 and arriving at 1735. Once again, you will be met and transferred to Kifaru Lodge. Kifaru is still a working farm and set in what I would describe as colonial gardens. There is a swimming pool and flood lit tennis courts. Enjoy a warm fire and home cooked dinner.

Day 7
An early start with a picnic lunch. Descend into the crater for a ½ day crater tour to tick off any animals not yet seen and, hopefully, catch a glimpse of the elusive rhino. The crater is not the only place left in Tanzania where you will see this mighty beast and is a unique haven for mammals. Sightings of cheetah, lions and hyena are all possible, not to mention large bull elephants. Return to the farm house for a relaxing late afternoon and overnight.

Day 8
Following breakfast, check out of Kifaru with a picnic lunch and once again drive down the tarmac road in the direction of Arusha, and enter Lake Manyara National Park. Despite being so close to habitation and farmland, it has remained a unique sanctuary for wildlife and birds. This will be the start of your encounter with some of Tanzania’s fabulous wildlife, including gazelle, giraffe, buffalo, hippo, monkey, not to mention the lake tinted pink with flamingos. You may be interested to know that this scene is where the two stars fly around in the small plane in the film ‘Out of Africa.’ Following your game drive, continue to E’Unoto Lodge for a welcome sundowner, dinner and sleep.
